There are lots of women juggling a career, a small business, parenting and just life in general.

Mainichi fan Emily McKeever is one of these remarkable women, and also happens to be one of my favourite people.

Emily studied Visual Arts at the Victorian College of the Arts. She initially practiced as an artist, and sculpture is still one of her favourite things to produce. Now she operates her own Remedial Massage Practice from a serene space in East Melbourne and juggles being Mum to Mia.

And she rocks a statement piece of jewellery like not many other people I know.

She was photographed here wearing a Mainichi necklace created from recycled leather and wooden cuisenaire counting rods, combined with a resin band ring in acid green.
