MAINICHI: As Worn By

One of my favourite custom orders has been for Ingrid, who was getting married in a bush setting in Jindabyne and wanted some contemporary pieces of jewellery for her bridal party.

Taking inspiration from Australian gum blossoms, I created colourful necklaces and earrings for the bridesmaids and a sweet miniature version for the flower girl. For Ingrid I used vintage shell and glass beads in white combined with recycled Australian timbers. For a little twist I added a wooden disc with hand painted white stripes over the flat sides.
